The following is a sample of some of the most requested entrees. 
There are many more to select from including any of your own favorites! 
Tastefully Yours, will customize any meal to suit your personal tastes while accommodating any food allergies or dietary needs that you may have. 
Entrees will be prepared with an appropriate side dish which will compliment the meal & please your palate.
POULTRY:
Garden Vegetables & Chicken with Tortellini:  Tender chunks of garlic roasted chicken, seasonal vegetables & cheese tortellini laced in a creamy parmesan cheese sauce. 
African Chicken Stew:  A flavorful combination of chicken, sweet potatoes & garbanzo beans simmered in a cumin~peanut sauce & garnished with cilantro.
Turkey Chili:  Low in fat yet full of flavor!  Chock full of beans, veggies, tomatoes & spices.
PORK:
Jamaican Roast Pork:  A tantalizing mixture of brown sugar, ginger, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, rum & lime juice will make your taste buds dance.
Rosemary~Garlic Roast Pork: Infused with fresh rosemary, whole garlic cloves & white wine.
Caribbean Pork Casserole: Chunks of marinated pork combined with sweet potatoes, red bell peppers & pineapple chunks make this a delightful meal-in-one dish. 
BEEF:
Beef Tenderloin with Cranberry~Port Wine Sauce:  Tart, dried cranberries combined with a sweet wine reduction & topped with gorgonzola cheese. 
Thai Green Curry Beef: Both spicy & sweet; tender beef combined with ginger, seasonal vegetables and coconut milk.
SEAFOOD:
Thai Red Curry Shrimp:  Simmered in a spicy coconut sauce flavored with ginger, garlic, lime leaves & Asian fish sauce.   
Seafood Pasta with Lemon~Dill Cream:  An elegant medley of scallops, crab meat & shrimp. 
Coconut Crusted Salmon:  Coated with a Japanese bread crumb-coconut topping, pan seared until golden then baked until moist & flaky.
VEGETARIAN:
Vegetable~Barley Chili:  Chock full of peppers, carrots, celery, onions, beans, tomatoes & spiced with cumin, jalapeno peppers & cilantro.
Spicy Vegetable & Tofu Stir Fry:  Tofu marinated in soy sauce, rice wine, ginger & garlic then sauteed with crisp vegetables in a spicy oriental sauce. 
Caramelized Onion~Gorgonzola Tart:  Slowly sauteed onions become both sweet and robust in flavor then combined with fresh thyme and chunks of gorgonzola baked inside a  tart shell. 
Roast Pork with Apple~Cornbread Stuffing:   A moist & juicy boneless roast stuffed with a delectable mixture of Granny Smith apples, aromatic vegetables & cornbread.
Beef Sirloin Tips with Portabella Mushroom Sauce: Pan seared beef and hearty mushrooms surrounded by a flavorful red wine reduction.
