Thank you for visiting my web site! My interest in cooking started when I was 6 years old when in first grade I took out a library book, "Barbie's First Cook Book". The first recipe I tried was Barbie's Meat Loaf.....little did I know that this would be a tiny stepping stone toward my future career! I have come a long way since that meat loaf recipe, but my enthusiasm for learning remains as strong today and my passion for food continues to inspire me.
I have earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Marketing yet my true calling prompted me to make a career change and attend culinary school. I am a graduate of the Connecticut Culinary Institute and I am ServSafe certified which is a national certification in safe food handling.
I believe that becoming a personal chef was the best career move I have made. It is truly fulfilling to be able to provide my clients with home cooked meals that are customized to suit their tastes and accommodate their busy lifestyles. My clients are so thankful to be able to save time and enjoy all the conveniences of having a personal chef.
